Downtown Design Review Board (DDRB)

Downtown has a zoning overlay – the Downtown Urban Design District (DUDD). Click the previous link to view a map showing the DUDD district boundary (PDF).  If you are within that boundary and you are required to file a permit for anything that can be seen from the street, then you would be required to go before the Downtown Design Review Board (DDRB).

The Trinity Uptown area has its own zoning district (TU), which contains a number of subzones. The TU core map (PDF) depicts the boundary. The attached TU zone map (PDF) depicts the boundaries of the TU zone and its subzones.  All development activities within the TU zone are subject to the Trinity Uptown Development Standards and guidelines which are enforced by the Downtown Design Review Board (DDRB).
