Housing
Loans for Builders and Developers - loans to housing sponsors for the preservation and development of housing, particularly in the Central City and target areas.
The Fort Worth Housing Trust Fund Housing Developer Fund encourages the private sector to develop housing, especially in the Central City, for households who earn up to 120% of the Area Median Income, established annually by the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
The fund provides short term financing for pre-development, single-family lot acquisition, single-family development, land acquisition, and multi-family and mixed-use construction.
