It is recommended that the City Council:

1. Authorize the acquisition of a 0.1242 acre Sanitary Sewer Easement from Chhatrala DFW, LLC d/b/a Radisson Hotel Fort Worth South, to be used for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Replacement and Relocation Project L-6393, located at 100 East Altamesa Boulevard, in South Fort Worth in the Alcon Addition, Lot A-R Block 2, in the amount of $29,200.00 and pay the estimated closing costs of $3,000.00.

2. Find that the appraised value of $29,200.00 is just compensation; and
  
3. Authorize the acceptance and recording of appropriate instruments for DOE No. 6018, Project No. 01018.

The Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement is required to construct the Sanitary Sewer Replacement and Relocation Project L-6393 located in south Fort Worth at 100 East Altamesa Boulevard.

The Grantor has agreed to sell the easement for the appraised value of $29,200.00. The acquisition cost is based on an outside independent appraisal. Closing costs are estimated at $3,000.00.
