| DISCUSSION: |
On August 25, 2005, (City Secretary Contract No. 32248) the Public Events Department, Will Rogers Memorial Center entered into a five-year contract with Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services of Texas, Inc., (Aramark) to provide food and beverage concession services at the Will Rogers Memorial complex. The contract is for a five-year term and includes five one-year renewal terms at the City's option. |
| FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: |
The Financial Management Services Director certifies that upon adoption of the attached appropriation ordinance, funds will be available in the current operating budget, as appropriated, of the Special Trust Fund. The Public Events Department is responsible for the collection and deposit of funds due to the City.
