Bulky Items - Monthly Pickup Schedule

Fort Worth households with curbside collection service have their bulky trash picked up once a month. To find your designated week, please use the city’s Customer Service Tool. Follow these simple steps to find your monthly pickup week using the Customer Service Tool:

1.  Go to the Customer Service Tool Web page.

2.  On the right hand side of the page, please fill in your address. Block Number is your house number, Prefix is for any directional information for your street (North Main Street), Street Name is the actual name of your street, Select your Street type by selecting one from the drop down menu and finally indicate if your street has a suffix (Brown Road South).

3.   After filling in all applicable fields (can leave fields blank if not applicable), click on the Find Address button.

4.   The Customer Service Tool will then display a list of all addresses matching your entry. Click on the appropriate address.

5.   Your Address Summary will appear on the right hand side of the page. At the bottom of the summary box, the tool lists your Weekly Garbage/Recycling Pickup Day and your Monthly Bulky Waste Pickup Week.

Place bulky items on the curb by 7 a.m. Monday of your assigned week. You may place items on the curb as early as 6 p.m. the Friday before your assigned week. Crews have until the following Saturday to pick up bulky items. After crews have collected on your street, do not place more bulky items on the curb until the next month on your designated week. Separate brush from bulky items.
