All Housing Department Target Areas
Federal Target Area
Defined by the U.S. Department of Treasury in connection with issuance of single family mortgage bonds
Designated Building Area
Areas approved by the City Council for infill housing activities of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation (FWHFC)
Special Target Area
Areas with unique development opportunities, a strategic plan, and City Council support for revitalization strategies and/or funding
CDBG Eligible Areas
Areas eligible for expenditure of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
