2009 HUD Action Plan
Public comment will be accepted on the city's 2009 Revised HUD Draft Annual Action Plan through June 22, 2009. To submit your comments, e-mail Dolores.garza@fortworthgov.org or call 817-392-2639. Residents are invited to comment at the Public Hearings, 10 a.m. June 16 and 10 a.m. June 23 in City Hall's Council Chamber, 1000 Throckmorton.
Foreclosure Prevention - Making Home Affordable Program
The Making Home Affordable Program, a new $75 billion federal foreclosure prevention program, is designed to help responsible homeowners. The program targets borrowers who are at risk of foreclosure because their incomes are not sufficient to make their mortgage payments by refinancing or modifying their mortgage loans.
