The Organizational Analysis Unit of the City Manager’s Office has been charged with coordinating the Master Schedule of all initiatives. Currently, the Task Force has identified twenty-three initiatives that relate to the Lancaster Corridor Redevelopment Project. The Lancaster corridor is bounded by 9th Street to the north, I-35W to the east, Vickery Boulevard to the south, and Henderson Street to the west and shown in the map below.
