Furlough Closings and Service Interruptions
City of Fort Worth’s fiscal year 2010 budget cuts require a reduction in operating hours and services for most city departments. For more information about the city’s 2010 budget and furlough days visit FortWorthGov.org.
Closings
All Fort Worth libraries will be closed Monday, Feb. 15. The Northside Branch Library will be closed Feb. 7 - 15 for repairs. The libraries that are normally closed on Mondays — BOLD (Butler Outreach Library Division) and COOL (Cavile Outreach Opportunity Library) — will be closed for their furlough day on Saturday, Feb. 13.
Service Interruptions
Feb. 15: Fort Worth patrons cannot place requests and Fort Worth items cannot be requested. Feb. 13, 14, 15: Book drops will be closed at all Fort Worth locations. Materials normally due on these dates will be due Feb. 19.
