Citigroup employee donates 50 hours volunteer time to the Neighborhood Tree Planting Program.

In 2007, Citigroup employee coordinated a neighborhood tree planting event and Citigroup donated $500 to match her community service involvement.  The donation was applied towards purchasing a 10,000 gallon rainwater harvesting system for Rolling Hills Tree Farm.  The rainwater collected will be used to water the 5 gallon container trees used in the Neighborhood Tree Planting Program.

Walmart donates 100 Live Oak trees to the Neighborhood Tree Planting Program.

Walmart donated 100 healthy Live Oaks in October 2005 to the Forestry Section's Neighborhood Tree Planting Program.  The donation could not have come at a better time because Rolling Hills Tree Farm was running low on sizable Live Oaks.  With the generous donation from Walmart, residents participating in the tree-planting program were able to receive the tree of their choice.
