Educational Programs

Herd cowboys and cowgirls present a fun and educational demonstration about the tools, equipment and techniques used during the cattle drive era of the late 1800's at CowCamp. All material presents the historical impact the drovers, horses and cattle made in Texas — then and now.

CowCamp is scheduled every Saturday and Sunday, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. behind the Livestock Exchange Building in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards.

Volunteer Opportunities

Be a "cowboy" or "cowgirl" while contributing your talents and energies to benefit children and adults who visit the Stockyards from all over the world.
