Meeting Rooms
The Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Building has 100,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space. The Texas Room, which can seat 6,000 for banquets, has a 21-foot ceiling, electrical and phone (service must be contracted with a vendor) outlets every 15 feet, and four full concession stands. The center also offers the Round Up Inn, a banquet and meeting hall, that seats 1,800 and has a permanent stage.
Will Rogers Auditorium offers 2,856-seats and has been refurbished. It features excellent acoustics, a state-of-the-art lighting system and features unique art deco architecture.
Will Rogers Coliseum is the site one of the world's most famous rodeo competitions during the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, along with other sporting events year-round. The coliseum has permanent seating for 6,000 spectators, which can be increased to 8,000 with arena floor seating.
Will Rogers Equestrian Center is a world-class equestrian center. It has been heralded as one of the largest and most modern livestock facilities in the world with more than 1,000 permanent stalls.
This center is made up of three buildings. The Richardson-Bass Building is 215,000 square feet and offers two show offices, the 1,934-seat John Justin Arena, the Brown-Lupton Exhibits Area, 278 galvanized metal stalls, an exercise area and 34 cattle pens. The Burnett Building is 197,000 square feet. The two main buildings are connected by an enclosed tunnel and shielded routes for moving livestock. The Moncrief Building, opened in 1996, adds 170,000 square feet of space to the complex, including the W.R. Watt Arena, exercise arena, 262 stalls, 655 cattle ties and 300 additional parking spaces.
