Outdoor Watering Requirements - Stage 1 Water Watch
Landscape watering with hoses or irrigation systems is limited to a twice per week schedule. This includes parks, golf courses and sports fields. Watering with a hand-held hose, soaker hose or drip irrigation is allowed at any time. Also, there are some exceptions for foundations, selected landscaping plants, large multi-station irrigation, and turf establishment.
Conviction of a violation carries a fine of up to $2,000 per day. Each day is considered a separate violation.

Residential Schedule
Addresses that end in an even number, (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8), water on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Those ending with an odd number, (1, 3, 5, 7 or 9), water on Thursdays and Sundays.
Non-Residential Schedule
All non-residential sites may water on Tuesdays and Fridays. This includes apartment complexes, common areas maintained by homeowner or neighborhood associations, businesses, industries, parks, medians, etc.
