You can pay your water, sewer or sanitation bill in a number of ways. Credit card payments are accepted online, by phone or in person at one of the three listed customer service locations below.
Online:

Customers can view or pay their water, wastewater or sanitation accounts online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards, Discover and American Express are accepted. Customers must register using their account number. Customers will continue to receive a paper bill plus they'll have access to their info anytime. You can register at http://www.fortworthgov.org/h2online.
Credit card payments are made manually each month, and are not automatic.

Customers can conveniently pay their utility bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using check, Discover, American Express or Visa/ MasterCard debit or credit cards.
Simply call 817.392.4477 and follow the system prompts. For faster processing, please have your utility account number, and checking account or credit card information readily available before you call.

A 24-hour payment drop box is located on the south side of the Fort Worth City Hall Annex, 908 Monroe Street and at 8510 Spring Street in Lake Country Estates. Please pay with check or money order to ensure proper credit. Do not pay with cash.

| Bank drafts |
To set up your account for bank draft, contact Customer Service at 817-FW-24-HRS (817-392-4477) or click Bank Draft Authorization Form to access a printable form. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month.
