5.128 Recording Studio
Recording studios may be permitted in accordance with the use tables in Chapter 4, Articles 6 and 8, subject to the following conditions.
- Internal noise shall not be audible from outside the building.
- External activity or noise generation shall not be greater than the existing background noise level of the surrounding area.
- Mass reproduction, duplication or storage of recorded material for distribution, sale or promotion is prohibited.
- Parking requirements shall be the same as for a commercial building. (Ord. No. 13896, Eff. 10/12/99; Ord. No. 14624, Eff. 5/15/01)
